Linna Jordan

As someone new to the role of President, my biggest goal is to improve my skills and knowledge in the position. I aim to be a bridge between membership and leadership so we can work together better. I have served in several association roles across several levels, but my priority is to help make HEA stronger. HEA is not leadership or rep council alone, but the membership as a whole.

Another goal is to get to know more of our members from across the district. Teaching experience: certified in k-12 Spanish and TESOL. Brittany Alexander

It is my honor to serve as our HEA Vice President. As a new officer, I am learning a great deal and will continue to do so in order to more effectively represent our union. I believe in us and our collective power. Solidarity is not always easy, but it is our greatest strength.

I have been involved in various aspects of our union at the local, regional, state, and national levels. In my 25 years of teaching, I have been privileged to experience different districts, levels, and positions. For the first 14 years of my career, I was an Intervention Specialist.
